HOW TO USE:

For Skin:

• Apply a small amount to clean skin as a daily moisturizer.
• For acne or pimples, dab on the affected area and leave overnight.
• To soothe sunburn or irritation, apply a thick layer, leave for 20–30 minutes, then rinse.
• Can be mixed with honey or turmeric to use as a face mask for added nourishment.

For Hair:

• Apply directly to the scalp and massage in. Leave for 30 minutes, then wash with a mild shampoo.
• Can be mixed with coconut or castor oil as a hair mask.
• Use a diluted mix as a leave-in conditioner to reduce frizz and add shine.
